HOW TO PLAY

See the ring. Feel the beat. Swat once.

Mosquito Beat is a rhythm game you can play with a camera, mouse, touch screen or keyboard. Every control produces the same strike, so timing matters more than the input method.

1. Choose how to play

Camera mode reads motion around a mosquito. Touch mode lets you tap it directly, and Keyboard mode uses A, L or Space. Camera frames stay in your browser and are not uploaded.

2. Pick a track and difficulty

Easy keeps the timing pattern readable and the target path steadier. Hard adds offbeats and less predictable movement. Use the 15-second preview before starting.

3. Watch the circular target

The outer ring closes toward the strike line. Hit when it meets the inner line and the ring is full. The large rhythm strip previews the next four bars.

4. Build the highest score you can

Excellent gives the most points, Good still scores, and Miss breaks the combo. A miss never ends the track early, so keep playing until the song finishes.

Ready to try it?

Start on Easy, listen for the main pulse, and use the ring as confirmation—not as the only cue.
